Rustam Jabrayilov was born on June 8, 1986 in the city of Luhansk, Ukraine, in the family of Abil and Sona Jabrayilov.
He is the eldest of the family. When he was five years old, he moved together with his family to Baku, Azerbaijan.
After completing his secondary education in Azerbaijan, he entered the Faculty of Geography of Baku State University in 2004.
After graduating from the university in 2008, he worked as a geography teacher.
